Coconut apple, coconut embryo, fermented coconut - what do you call it?
None the less, the Natures Charm coconut apple pudding sure is delicious warmed up for a nice Autumn dessert. Or, take it to the next level with this super delicious crumble recipe to pimp up your taste buds! It also makes for a nice winter-y breakfast too! Ingredients: (serves 4)
- 1 tin Natures Charm coconut apple pudding
- 1 apple, chopped
- 50g oats
- 30g plain flour
- 30g coconut flour
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 30g dairy-free spread (i used Vitalite)
- 30g agave syrup
- 1tsp coconut sugar (to sprinkle over the top)
1. To make the topping, mix the oats, flours, agave in a bowl and rub in the spread until the mixture gets a nice crumbly texture.
2. In an oven-proof dish, pour the coconut apple pudding over the base and then layer on the chopped apple and cinnamon. Evenly spread the crumble topping over the top and sprinkle with coconut sugar.
3. Bake in the oven at 170C for 20-30minutes until browned.
