I have teamed up with Herbalife Nutrition UK for their new release of the Vegan Trip Blend Select Banana Protein which had me instantly thinking of the classic PB + Banana combo. So why not combine these flavours into some yummy, healthy raw cheesecakes which make the perfect snack or after dinner treat!
(they are so more-ish you will keep wanting more!).
Ingredients: (makes 6 single size cheesecakes)
Base:
- 100g dates
- 60g walnuts
Topping:
- 1 ripe banana
- 40g Tri Blend Select banana protein
- 60g peanut butter
- 1-2tbsp agave syrup/stevia
- ¼ cup almond milk
Chocolate drizzle (optional):
- 1tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1tbsp cacao powder
- 1tbsp agave/stevia
1. In a blended, whizz up the dates and walnuts until sticky. Press into 5 greased cake tins and chill in the freezer whilst you make the topping.
2. Blend or hand whisk the topping ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Spread evenly over the firmed bases. Return to the freezer for 2hr until set.
3. Pour the optional drizzle on top if using and serve immediately or store in the freezer for 1 week.
