So we all know by now that I am addicted to coffee, obsessed with caramel flavouring AND never stop baking. So it is only natural that I created a super-quick and easy muffin recipe using Try Blend Select Coffee Caramel Protein shake. Be sure to save this recipe when you want a delicious treat which is high in protein and low in fat!
Ingredients
- 120g plain flour
- 60g Tri Blend Select Protein Shake Mix Coffee Caramel flavour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana (100g)
- 175ml almond drink
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mash the banana in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until combined. Separate mixture into a greased muffin tray into six portions.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until firm to touch and lightly brown
